Delivery
We do not offer next-day delivery. Dispatch estimates appear on your order confirmation and are estimates, not guarantees.
Minimums
Set per line, not per order. Most stock lines start in the low hundreds. Custom print starts at 1,000 units per line.
Payment
First orders are paid up front by card. Custom print requires a deposit before production begins. Credit terms only by written agreement.
Problems
Check every delivery on arrival. Report shortages or visible damage within 3 working days with photographs, because couriers impose short claim windows on us.
