Find the cause before you change supplier
Boxes going soggy
Usually board weight, not the board itself. Under 300gsm goes soft under hot food within minutes. Move to 300gsm for most hot food, 350gsm if it travels in a delivery bag.
Lids popping off in transit
Almost always a fit problem rather than a lid problem. Send us a photo of the base and lid together and we will tell you whether they are actually a matched pair.
Crushed corners on arrival
Stacking pressure. Heavier board or a different closure usually fixes it without changing anything else.
Grease marks showing through
You need a greaseproof liner or a coated board. Printing over a greasy patch will never look right, so fix the liner first if you are also planning custom print.
